Structural Steel Fabrication & Certified Welding
Custom industrial steel structures and coded pipe fabrication engineered to structural tolerances.

Governing Standard
AWS D1.1 / BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2 / ISO 3834
Service Overview
We fabricate in our workshop and erect on site. All structural welding is executed by qualified personnel under EN 287-1 and AWS D1.1 certifications, with non-destructive testing (NDT) documentation provided on completion.
Plant Equipment & Systems Covered
- Catwalks, industrial access stairs, caged ladders, and safety handrail systems
- Heavy equipment skid frames, condenser support steel, and vessel saddles
- Overhead pipe gantries, cable bridge crossings, and structural roof framing
- Machine guards, safety bollards, and heavy-duty barrier protection
- On-site modification and reinforcement of existing plant structural beams
- Ultrasonic, magnetic particle (MPI), and dye penetrant testing (DPT) reports
Standard Execution Procedure
- [1]Detailed 3D structural shop drawing generation and connection design
- [2]CNC profile cutting, shearing, punching, and sub-assembly tacking
- [3]MIG, TIG, and SMAW welding by certified 3G/4G/6G welders
- [4]Abrasive grit blasting (Sa 2.5) and industrial epoxy or hot-dip galvanizing coating
- [5]Crane rigging and bolt-up installation with torque audit logs
What We Need From You to Quote
Providing these initial parameters allows our estimating engineers to submit a preliminary bill of quantities within 24 hours.
- Structural engineering design calculations and general arrangement drawings
- Specified steel grade (e.g. S275, S355, 316L stainless)
- Corrosion protection specifications (DFT microns and paint system)
- Crane access constraints and ground bearing capacity at site
