Vanguard Facility Engineering was established in 2011 to fill a specific gap in the market: an industrial contractor that maintains directly employed tradesmen, owns its calibration gear, and executes work strictly under certified engineering supervision.

We started with a single mobile welding generator and an electrical test van. Today, we operate a 12,000 sq.ft fabrication workshop and staging depot in Peliyagoda, serving over 120 contracted industrial sites.

We hold Class 1 Electrical Contractor Licence (Reg: EC-8841/W) and carry $5,000,000 public and products liability insurance. We do not commence work on client premises without verified isolation and sign-off.

Workshop & Fabrication Depot

Located within immediate access of the Colombo Katunayake Expressway and Southern Highway junctions at Peliyagoda. Our staging yard features heavy overhead crane handling, pipe spool prefabrication, switchboard testing bays, and a certified pressure vessel calibration rig.
